How are Fruti Fruit tubes produced?

We constantly search for and source only the best fruit in peak season, at its prime ripeness. We then pack the perfectly diced fruit chunks into our special tubes that turn into amazing frozen grab-and-go products. From crops to consumption, we make sure everything about Fruti Fruit is met with the highest standards.

How long are Fruti Fruit tubes good in the freezer?

As long as the tubes are kept at a steady freezing temperature, they can last up to 24 months in the freezer.

How do Fruti Fruit tubes stay frozen while being shipped?

Each shipment goes out in an individual insulated cooler from our facility in Los Angeles, California. It's packed with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen into the evening hours of the day of delivery. We pack the dry ice accordingly, based on how many days your package will be in transit.

How to I handle the products after I receive them?

Your Fruti Fruit Tubes will arrive frozen. It’s okay and normal if the dry ice is completely melted as long as the fruit tubes are still frozen or cool to the touch. Move them to your freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.

How do you handle dry ice in the package?

Your package will contain dry ice. If there is any dry ice left when you open the cooler, remember it is extremely cold so please handle with gloves or other protective gear. It can cause burns on your skin if you touch it directly. Please keep out of reach of children or pets. You can leave the dry ice alone and place the lid back on the cooler. It will eventually dissipate in the cooler.

Is there anywhere you can't ship to?

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, hospitals, camps, Universities/Colleges or Army/Naval bases due to the additional delivery time needed after the package arrives at the mail sorting location.

When will I get tracking information for my order?

You will receive your tracking information once the package is ready to leave our facility. Tracking emails are deployed around 4 pm PST Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Do I have to be present in order to receive my delivery?

We do not require that someone be present to receive delivery. However, we do encourage placing the products right into the freezer as soon as you receive them. 

When will I get my order?

To ensure the freshness of your order, we ship packages on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Allow up to 5 – 7 business days to process your order before shipping.
